About us
After many trips between Italy and Poland, the greatest adventure began for me at the beginning of 2021, I brought a
piece of Italy to Poland. Thanks to the support of my family, friends, and the advice of my cousin Edoardo, I found the
courage to move to Poland and invest all my dreams in this small place a short distance from the airport.
From the beginning, the idea was to recreate a typical Italian environment where those who have been to Italy at least
once could rediscover the flavors of the foods they have tasted and those who have never been to Italy can experience
authentic Italian food. I would define my place as a bistro, an informal spot where everyone can taste typical dishes from
a menu slightly more limited than that of a classic restaurant. Our dishes reflect homemade cooking handed down from
grandmothers, which may not have spectacular plating but embody good traditional Italian food. It is a simple, warm,
and familial place where we welcome our guests, making them feel at home and giving them a chance to spend a
pleasant evening with friends and family, without the rush of returning to everyday life.

Our products: Our trusted suppliers carefully select products for us from various regions of Italy. Piedmont because of their vineyards, we chose one of the most awarded wines from Piedmont, Barolo, it is said that the reason for its creation was a deep love for a certain woman. Emilia-Romagna and Calabria for their aromatic cold meats eagerly eaten by everyone. Liguria for their wonderful pesto, which, thanks to cold-combined fresh ingredients, retains its original organoleptic properties, giving a wonderful aroma and taste to any dish to which it is added.
